Hello, lovely to meet you and welcome to my blog. Let me introduce myself.
I was born and raised in Bristol, England and moved to Canada in 1998. In 2005 I obtained an Honors Degree in Visual Arts from the University of Western Ontario. Upon the completion of my degree I travelled extensively in Europe and took thousands of photographs.
After trekking through the Spanish Pyrenees, exploring medieval churches in France, drinking hot mulled wine in the Prague Christmas market and standing on the finish line of the Tour de France I arrived back in Canada. It became clear to me that photography was my calling and in 2007 I founded Bristol Style Photography in London Ontario. I offered a range of photographic services (wedding photography, family portraiture, commercial, real estate and product photography). In addition to photography I am a trained picture framer. I love to sew, garden and cook. I have a keen interest in Victorian history and particularly with William Morris and the arts and crafts movement. I am married to a handsome and loving man and have two beautiful and mischievous little girls. In June 2012 we decided that change was in order … Bristol Style was dissolved at the end of 2012 in preparation for a move to the East Coast. Fast forward to March 2013 and the Kendall family arrived on the South Shore. I live and work in beautiful Lunenburg NS. Please pull up a chair, get comfortable and browse through my recent work.
